17 November 2021 Results of FWL Annual Meeting At Foley Wines Limited's Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held online via an audio webcast today, shareholders were asked to vote on four ordinary resolutions, all of which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. All four resolutions were passed by shareholders.
