19 November 2021 MEDIA | NZX RELEASE TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED (thl) VARIATION TO AGREEMENT TO SELL MIGHWAY AND SHAREACAMPER TO CAMPLIFY Further to thl's release on 26 October announcing that thl had entered an agreement to sell Mighway and ShareACamper to Camplify, thl advises that following discussions between Camplify and the New Zealand Commerce Commission, the parties have today agreed to vary the agreement to the effect that the acquisition becomes conditional on Camplify obtaining any competition approvals required in respect of the transaction. thl understands that Camplify now intends to apply to the New Zealand Commerce Commission for clearance in respect of the proposed acquisition.
