The trading halt was placed at pre-market open today. The trading halt has been requested to facilitate an orderly market for SPG's securities while it undertakes the placement component of a capital raise. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the completion of the placement, or market open on Friday, 26 November 2021.
