DRP strike price set at $2.846240

NorthWest Healthcare Properties Management Limited (the Manager), as manager of Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital) advises that the strike price for its distribution reinvestment plan (DRP) for the first quarter of the 2022 financial year is $2.846240. The strike price reflects a 1% discount to the volume weighted average sale price for Vital during the seven calendar days commencing on the ex-date (being 1 December 2021). This pricing is effective for the distribution payable on 16 December 2021.
