Annual Shareholders Meeting – Results

Results of New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited's Annual Shareholder Meeting (ASM) At the ASM, held online today, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, and supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed and the results are as shown in the announcement attached.
