Meridian and Nova Agree Swaption Deal

Meridian Energy Limited and Nova Energy Limited have entered into Swap transactions (Contracts for Difference) and a Call Option. The Swap transactions are for 235GWh per annum with Nova being the fixed price payer, and the Call Option is for up to 235GWh per annum with Meridian being the fixed price payer.
