Alistair Ryan to retire from the Board of Barramundi Ltd

18 January 2022 Alistair Ryan to retire from the Boards of Kingfish, Barramundi and Marlin Global Kingfish Limited, Barramundi Limited and Marlin Global Limited advise that Alistair Ryan, current chair since 2012, will not be seeking re-election at this year's annual meetings and intends to retire from the boards of all three listed investment companies (LICs) effective 1 June 2022. Andy Coupe, a director on the three LIC boards since 2013, and current chair of the LIC Investment Committees, will succeed Alistair as chair on all three boards from that date. A search process to identify a new director will commence shortly, with the new appointee anticipated to commence in either May or June 2022.
