ENS participates in Datagate convertible note issue

AUCKLAND, 19 January 2022 - Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) has paid NZ$500,000 to participate in a Datagate Convertible Note issue. Enprise Group participated in a convertible note issue for Datagate, which raised NZ$1,550,000, being the maximum allowed. The purpose of the convertible note is to enable continued growth while seeking a strategic North American investor. As at 31 December 2021, Datagate had annual recurring revenues (ARR) of $2.07 million which represented annual growth of 65%. The ARR growth in North America for 2021 was 116%.
