General Capital Senior Manager Changes

General Capital Limited (NZX: GEN) announced on 27 January 2022 that Jonathan Clark, Group Chief Financial Officer, had resigned. It was also announced that Erick Smith had been appointed into the newly created role of Corporate Counsel. The Group now confirms that Jonathan Clark's last day will be 22 February 2022 and that Erick Smith commenced employment on 1 February 2022.
