Change of Senior Manager

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1, technology services company EROAD (ASX/NZX: ERD), announced today that Alex Ball, EROAD's Chief Financial Officer for three years, has resigned to pursue different career opportunities. EROAD CEO Steven Newman said: "On behalf of the EROAD team, I would like to thank Alex for his commitment and contribution to EROAD over the last three years. He has been a key member of the executive team and has contributed significantly to EROAD's growth over the last three years." "I wish him all the best for the future."
