Seeka advises the DRP strike price

Seeka Limited [NZX:SEK] advises that the strike price for shares to be issued under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan applying to the Dividend to be paid on 23 February 2022 is $4.9973 per share. The strike price was calculated on the basis of the volume weighted average sale price for SEK shares sold on the NZX over the period 27 January 2022 to 17 February 2022, less a 2.0% discount. Shareholders who have elected to participate in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan will receive shares instead of cash in respect of the dividend to be paid on 23 February 2022. The new shares will rank pari passu with existing shares on issue as at the date of their issue.
