Mt Wellington property sale becomes unconditional

Sky Network Television (NZX/ASX: SKT) advises that the sale of the three properties comprising Sky's Mt Wellington Campus to Goodman Property Trust (GMT) for a consideration of $56m, is now unconditional, with settlement expected in mid-March.
