Attached please find: 1. An Initial Disclosure Notice for Tania Joy Te Rangingangana Simpson, Director of Meridian Energy Limited; and 2. In addition, attached is an amended initial disclosure notice and an amended ongoing disclosure notice for Tania Jane Palmer of Meridian Energy Limited: - The Initial Disclosure Notice released on 6 December 2021 incorrectly recorded the number held in class as 2,255. This should have been 2,342. This is corrected in the attached amended Initial Disclosure Notice. - As a result, the subsequent Ongoing Disclosure Notice released on 20 January 2022 also incorrectly recorded the number held in class before acquisition as 2,255 and the number of held in class after acquisition as 2,341.
