Genesis Green Bond offer - books closed Following the successful bookbuild process for its offer of 6-year fixed-rate unsecured, unsubordinated green bonds (Green Bonds), Genesis Energy Limited confirmed today that the offer has closed and NZ$125,000,000 of Green Bonds have been allocated to the participants (or their clients) in the bookbuild process. This includes oversubscriptions of NZ$50,000,000. There was no public pool for the offer. The margin for the Green Bonds has been set at 1.05% per annum and the interest rate will be announced later today along with the release of the final terms sheet.
