NZX MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT 14 March 2022 ALDWINS HOUSE ACQUISITION Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX:PHL) is pleased to advise that it has satisfied the condition of obtaining Statutory Supervisor approval for the acquisition of Aldwins House. The acquisition is now solely conditional on PHL shareholders approving the acquisition. PHL expects to release a notice of meeting shortly. Assuming shareholders approve the acquisition, settlement will occur on 31 March 2022.
