Aldwins House – Operational Update

NZX MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT 24 March 2022 ALDWINS HOUSE - OPERATIONAL UPDATE Further to the market announcement of 9 March, Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX:PHL) is pleased to advise that 36 residents of Rannerdale Village have agreed to transfer and become residents of Aldwins House. In addition, approximately half of the employees of Rannerdale Village have entered employment agreements to become employees at Aldwins House. The transfer of the new residents to Aldwins House will be completed today. Once these transfers are completed Aldwins House will have 87 residents, representing an occupancy rate of 60%. The Board looks forward to updating shareholders further on the progress of Aldwins House at the special meeting on 30 March.
