Cooks Global Foods Limited (“CGF”) – Share consolidation

On Wednesday, 23 March 2022 Cooks Global Foods Limited ("CGF") Has announced it will undertake a share consolidation. Shareholders will receive one CCC ordinary share for every 15 CGF shares held at 5pm on the Record Date of Wednesday 30 March 2022. For the Share Consolidation to be processed CGF will be halted from pre-market open on Ex Date, Tuesday, 29 March 2022. On Thursday, 31 March 2022, trading will resume in CCC ordinary shares.
