Update on ACCC Application

31 March 2022 MEDIA | NZX RELEASE TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED (thl) UPDATE ON AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION AND CONSUMER COMMISSION APPLICATION thl advises that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission ("ACCC") has agreed to delay its indicative timeline in relation to the application for clearance of the proposed merger between thl and Apollo Tourism & Leisure Ltd (ASX: ATL) to allow additional time for the parties to provide, and for the ACCC to consider, further information. The ACCC has given an updated provisional date of 28 April 2022 to announce its findings. thl will continue to work closely with ATL, the ACCC and the New Zealand Commerce Commission to progress the respective clearance applications. thl is working with ATL to agree an updated indicative timetable for the proposed merger and ATL will be required to obtain approval from the Supreme Court of Queensland before providing its shareholders with an update.
