Winton responds to judgment issued

31 March 2022 WINTON RESPONDS TO JUDGMENT ISSUED Following a High Court hearing on 22-23 February 2022 in respect of a proceeding for judicial review taken by Winton against the Overseas Investment Office, various Ministers of the Crown, CDL Land New Zealand Limited and CDI Investments New Zealand and others, a judgment has been issued today dismissing the application for judicial review in respect of consent granted to CDL/CDI to purchase land at Havelock North. Winton is disappointed with this outcome and intends to appeal this decision. Ends.
