ALDWINS HOUSE - SETTLEMENT UPDATE Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX:PHL) was scheduled to settle the acquisition of Aldwins House today. However, settlement has not yet occurred as some final requirements necessary to draw down part of the funding for the purchase price remain outstanding. It is anticipated that those requirements will be satisfied on 1 April enabling settlement to occur on 1 April.
