Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Monday, 4 April 2022 Subject: Air New Zealand Limited Rights ("AIRRG") - Trading halt of Rights Message: NZX Product Operations advises that a further trading halt was applied to Air New Zealand Rights ("AIRRG") at 11.04am this morning. The trading halt was put in place while NZX clarifies the manner in which NZX has set up the AIRRG instrument, and the resulting trade reference price for the AIRRG rights in NZX's systems. No trading halt was applied to other AIR securities. NZX Product Operations will release a further memo advising when trading in AIRRG is scheduled to resume.
