Issue of Options under the Bremworth Share Option Scheme

Bremworth Limited ("Bremworth") (NZX: BRW) today announces, pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.18.1(b), that the Board has approved the issue of 520,000 options ("Options") pursuant to the Bremworth Share Option Scheme ("Option Scheme") to Chief Executive Officer, Greg Smith. The Option Scheme provides for selected employees of Bremworth to be awarded Options to acquire ordinary shares in Bremworth at a fixed issue price.
