Precinct considers retail green bond offer

Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) is considering making an offer of secured, fixed rate six year green bonds (Green Bonds) to institutional investors and New Zealand retail investors. It is expected that full details of the offer will be released in the week beginning 26 April 2022, when the offer is expected to open. Precinct has appointed ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZ) as Arranger and Green Bond Co-ordinator and ANZ, Craigs Investment Partners Limited, Forsyth Barr Limited and Jarden Securities Limited, as Joint Lead Managers in relation to the offer.
