MCK's 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held as a hybrid meeting commencing at 1pm on Tuesday 24 May 2022. The venue will be Copthorne Hotel Auckland City (150 Anzac Avenue, Auckland). Attached are the Notice of Meeting, Proxy Form and Virtual Meeting Guide which are being sent to shareholders today.
