EMPLOYEE SHARE SCHEME ALLOTMENT Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX:PHL) has issued 1.15 billion unpaid shares at an issue price of $0.001 per share in relation to PHL's Employee Share Scheme. Further particulars are included in the accompanying Capital Change Notice. The shares have been issued unpaid to the trustee of the scheme. Once the unpaid shares are allocated to employees and have vested, they may be paid up by those employees. Once the shares are fully paid up, they become ordinary shares and may be transferred from the trustee to the relevant employee. The issuance today represents 5.40% of all ordinary shares on issue in PHL.
