Notice of Annual Meeting

Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX:VGL) will hold its 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders in a hybrid format, in person at Vista Group's offices at Shed 12, City Works Depot, 90 Wellesley Street West, Auckland 1010 and online at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/vgl22 on Thursday 26th May 2022 at 3:00pm (New Zealand time). The Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form for the Annual Meeting are attached. As has already been announced in Vista Group's 2021 Annual Report, Independent Director, James Ogden, will retire from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting. The Board would like to take this opportunity to warmly thank James for his guidance, wisdom and considerable contribution to Vista Group since he joined the Board in 2014 at the time of the IPO, and wish James all the very best for the future. James Miller, who joined the Board as an Independent Director in August 2021, will assume the role of Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting.
