BIF – Change of Membership of Investment Committee

BIF - Change of Membership of Investment Committee 4 May 2022 Booster Investment Management Limited (Booster), as manager, is pleased to announce a change in the membership of the BIF investment committee that results from the temporary departure overseas of David Beattie as part of sabbatical arrangements. David was the Chair of the BIF Investment Committee, and is replaced by Nic Craven who is Booster's Chief Investment Officer and a current member of the BIF Investment Committee. Joining the Investment Committee is Melissa Yiannoutsos, Innovation Funds Manager, who has been with Booster since early 2021. Melissa has over 20 years' experience in the investment and science commercialisation sectors. She completed her commerce degree at Victoria University of Wellington and Entrepreneur Programme at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She has had technology commercialisation roles in both the public and private sectors. She has had executive and director roles in technology start-up companies leading strategic growth and capital raising, establishing international sales and negotiating key partnerships.
