9 May 2022 Annual Shareholders' Meeting and Directors' Nominations New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited (NZX and ASX: NZK) will hold its Annual Shareholders' Meeting on 27 June 2022. The meeting will be held both online and in person at Queen Charlotte Yacht Club in Picton. The Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders in May will confirm the time along with other details for the meeting. Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is Tuesday 24 May 2022. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.
