KMD BRANDS LIMITED ASX / NZX / MEDIA ANNOUNCEMENT 11 May 2022 Notice of Non-Executive Director Retirement - John Harvey KMD Brands Limited (ASX/NZX: KMD, "KMD" or the "Company") today announces that non-executive Director, John Harvey, will retire from the Board effective 31 May 2022. John Harvey has been a director of the Company since KMD's Initial Public Offering in 2009. Chairman David Kirk commented: "John has been a founding director since the listing of the Group in 2009 and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Throughout his tenure, John has brought a wealth of knowledge, experience and a measured perspective to each key stage in the evolution of the Group.
