Interest rate for unsecured unsubordinated fixed rate bonds

Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited ("Channel Infrastructure") today announced that, following a successful bookbuild for its offer of 5 year, unsecured, unsubordinated, fixed rate bonds maturing on 20 May 2027 ("Bonds"), $100 million of Bonds have been allocated to participants (and their clients) in the bookbuild process under the offer ("Offer"). There was no public pool for the Offer. The interest rate for the Bonds has been set at 5.80% per annum, being the minimum interest rate. The Bonds will be issued on 20 May 2022. The Bonds are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker code CHI020.
