Correction to Fixed Trading Plan information

2 June 2022 Correction to Fixed Trading Plan information Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX: TAH) refers to its announcement released on 30 May 2022 titled "Establishment of a Fixed Trading Plan by Chair, Bevan Walsh". That announcement incorrectly stated that the Plan provides for sales to occur from 1 July 2022 and ends on 30 May 2023. Rather, the Plan provides for sales to occur from 1 July 2022 and ends on 30 June 2023. Therefore, under the terms of the Plan, Bevan may sell up to 10,000 shares per month over a 12 month term. The deed TAH has entered into with Bevan, that governs the Plan (which was attached to the substantial product holder notice released on 1 June 2022) also incorrectly referred to the "Term" as commencing from 30 May 2022.
