Savor's ASM will be held on Thursday 18 August 2022 at 3.00 pm in Auckland with the venue to be confirmed with the formal notice of meeting. The closing date for director nominations is Monday 20 June 2022 ("Closing Date"). Nominations may only be made in writing by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the ASM.
