Infrastructure Bond Exchange Offer Closes

Infratil Limited today announced that following the successful Exchange Offer for its offer of 8 year unsecured, unsubordinated, re-setting fixed rate infrastructure bonds maturing on 15 June 2030 (2030 Bonds) it has allocated NZ$47,813,500 of 2030 Bonds. The Exchange Offer has now closed. Combined with the Firm Offer issuance of NZ$65,000,000 this takes the total series size to NZ$112,813,500.
