Change of external auditor

Following a formal request for proposal process for external audit services, the Kiwi Property Group Board has determined to appoint Deloitte Limited as the Group's new external auditor for the financial year commencing on 1 April 2023. PricewaterhouseCoopers remains the Group's auditor but will conclude its engagement following completion of the audit of the financial statements for the year ending 31 March 2023.
