1 July 2022 Third Age Health 2022 AGM Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX: TAH) advises it has today released the Notice of Meeting and accompanying Proxy Form for its forthcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held online at 4pm on Tuesday, 19 July 2022. Meeting details are provided in the attached Notice and Proxy. While the Company endeavours to release Notice of Meetings 20 working days prior to a meeting, the release of this Notice 12 working days prior to the meeting is due to the Board needing to fully deliberate several matters, including the director's fee pool, proposed in resolution c of the Notice, to ensure outcomes that are in the best interest of shareholders.
