Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

4 July 2022 Market Announcement NZX:NZA Annual Meeting and Director Nominations NZ Automotive Investments Limited (NZX: NZA) ('NZA') announces that its Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held on 25 August 2022. Full details relating to the meeting, including the time and venue, will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course. For the purposes of NZX listing rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is 19 July 2022. All nominations must be received by 5 pm on that closing date. A nomination may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and must be accompanied by the written consent of the person being nominated.
