NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION AND REDEMPTION OF SECURITIES Pursuant to Listing Rule 3.13.1, Accordant Group Limited (NZX:AGL) advises that the following securities issued by AGL under the AGL Group Restricted Share Scheme ("Scheme") have been redeemed. (a) Class of security: Restricted G1 and G2 Shares. ISIN not applicable as securities not quoted. (b) Number redeemed: 129,200 Restricted G1 Shares. (c) Redemption Price: $1.90 per share (d) Number redeemed: 20,800 Restricted G2 Shares. (e) Redemption price: $1.85 per share. (f) Payment terms: Cash. (g) Amount paid up: Nil (h) Principal terms of the securities: The Restricted G1 Shares and Restricted G2 Shares are restricted and are unable to be traded until reclassified as ordinary shares on the relevant "Qualification Date" (subject to the holder remaining employed with AGL and the repayment of any loans made by the holder to AGL in respect of the shares). (i) Percentage of total class redeemed: 100% Restricted G1 and G2 Shares. (j) Reason for redemption: The holders of the 129,200 Restricted G1 Shares and 20,800 Restricted G2 Shares have by their actions elected not to exercise the option to repay the Company Loan, (or have advised the Company that they do not intend to exercise the option) on the relevant "Qualification Date" being 1 July 2022; and having not repaid the Company Loans on the "Qualification Date", did not qualify for reclassification as ordinary shares. Accordingly, the Restricted G1 and G2 Shares are being redeemed by AGL under the rules of the Scheme and cancelled. (k) Authority for redemption: Directors' resolution dated 4 July 2022. (l) Terms of redemption: The aggregate redemption price is to be applied by AGL in full repayment of the loans made by AGL to the relevant holder in respect of their Restricted G1 and G2 Shares. (m) Total number of securities of the class in existence after redemption: Nil Restricted G1 Shares and Nil Restricted G2 Shares.
