6 July 2022 Annual Meeting and Director Nominations Radius Residential Care Limited (NZX: RAD) (Radius Care) advises that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 10.30am on Thursday 1 September 2022 at Eden Park, World Cup Lounge West, Level 4, South Stand, Reimers Avenue, Kingsland, Auckland. Further details of the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course. The period for nomination of persons as directors of Radius Care opens on Wednesday 13 July 2022 and closes at 5.00pm on Wednesday 27 July 2022.
