Air New Zealand Director Update Air New Zealand confirms that Chair Dame Therese Walsh, and Director Jonathan Mason, will stand for re-election at the airline's Annual Shareholder Meeting in September 2022. Jonathan has been a director of the airline for 9 years and has agreed, subject to re-election, to serve for a maximum further term of one year to allow for continuity following recent board appointments. He will step down in 2023. Succession planning for when Jonathan steps down is currently underway.
