Foreign exchange rate and franking for dividend payment

FOREIGN EXCHANGE RATE AND FRANKING FOR DIVIDEND PAYMENT AUCKLAND, 11 July 2022: NZME Limited (NZX: NZM, ASX: NZM) ("NZME") advises that the foreign exchange rate used for the payment of the dividend on 12 July 2022 to Australian investors in AUD has been set at NZ$1 = A$0.9097. NZME also advises that the percentage of the special dividend that is franked has changed from 73.2083% to 72.4276% now the foreign exchange rate has been set.
