20 July 2022 Market Announcement NZX:NZA Director Nominations Update NZ Automotive Investments Limited announced on 18 July 2022 that the Board has received nominations from Company director and major shareholder David (Yusuke) Sena of the following three candidates to be appointed as directors of the Company, whose appointment were to be voted on by shareholders at the Annual Shareholders Meeting on 25 August 2022 (ASM): - Julian Davidson - Jason David Lewthwaite - Gordon David Shaw Mr Sena has now advised the Company that Jason David Lewthwaite has withdrawn his consent to be nominated as a director. Accordingly, it is only Julian Davidson and Gordon David Shaw whose nomination for appointment as directors remain to be voted on by shareholders.
