21 July 2022 Results of Blis Technologies Limited Annual Shareholder Meeting At Blis Technologies Limited's shareholder meeting, held in Dunedin and online today, shareholders were asked to vote on 4 resolutions, which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: o That Dr Alison Stewart be re-elected as a director of the Company. o That Mr Tom Ronnlund be elected as a director of the Company. o That Ms Amelia (Aimee) McCammon be elected as a director of the Company. o That the Directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of the auditors for the ensuing year.
