29 July 2022 MEDIA | NZX RELEASE TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED (thl) MERGER UPDATE thl advises that it has agreed with Apollo Tourism & Leisure Ltd (ATL) to amend the Scheme Implementation Deed to extend the final date for satisfaction or waiver (if capable of waiver) of all conditions precedent to the scheme to 15 October 2022. In connection with the conditions precedent relating to regulatory approvals, thl and ATL continue to work with the New Zealand Commerce Commission and Australian Competition and Consumer Commission on obtaining clearance subject to the previously described proposed divestments to Next Capital/Jucy Rentals, with a decision expected to be available by late August or early September. As previously advised, ATL will seek the approval of the Supreme Court of Queensland to update its shareholders as soon as it is in a position to provide further information on the scheme and the revised indicative timetable. thl will release this information to the NZX in due course.
