Eastgate Settlement Notice

15 August 2022 Further to the announcement on 12 August 2022, Asset Plus (NZX:APL) advises that it has now received a Settlement Notice in respect to the Eastgate settlement. Settlement is to now occur by 5pm on 31 August 2022. If Asset Plus is unable to settle by that date, the purchaser can sue for specific performance or cancel the agreement, have the deposit and net interest earned on it returned, and is entitled to penalty interest from the original date of settlement to the date the deposit is repaid.
