Update on Eastgate settlement

NZX release Update on Eastgate settlement 23 August 2022 Asset Plus is pleased to advise that it has made good progress with rectification of the Building Act certificate issue previously disclosed. Following discussions with Christchurch City Council, agreement has been reached to complete certain minor fire protection works to a door opening onto the McDonald's title. A cash bond is to be provided to Christchurch City Council to secure completion of the works. This is currently being documented and Christchurch City Council has agreed that the certificate will be removed from the McDonald's title, subject to appropriate documentation being entered into.
