Steel & Tube Holdings Limited (NZX: STU) has made minor amends to its FY22 results materials and FY22 Annual Report, as follows: The company acquired by Steel & Tube during FY22 is called Fasteners NZ. This was incorrectly referred to as NZ Fasteners in several instances - this is a different company. Amendment to comment on Page 18 of the Annual Report regarding earnings for the Distribution business quadrupling - this has been amended to 'earnings more than doubled'.
