SUE SUCKLING AND JENNIFER OWEN ANNOUNCE INTENTION TO RETIRE

SKYCITY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LIMITED (SKC) SUE SUCKLING AND JENNIFER OWEN ANNOUNCE INTENTION TO RETIRE Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a), SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SkyCity) advises that: (a) Jennifer Owen has notified SkyCity that she intends to retire as a Director of the SkyCity Board at the company's upcoming 2022 annual meeting on 28 October 2022; and (b) Sue Suckling has notified SkyCity that she intends to retire as a Director of the SkyCity Board in early 2023. Ms Suckling joined the SkyCity Board in May 2011 and has Chaired the Board's Sustainability Committee since November 2015. During this time, the company has significantly lifted its focus on sustainability across all areas of the business. Ms Owen joined the SkyCity Board in December 2016 and has Chaired the Board's Audit and Risk Committee since March 2021. The SkyCity Board and management team thank Ms Suckling and Ms Owen for their tremendous contribution to SkyCity over the years. SkyCity Board Chair, Julian Cook, said "Sue and Jennifer have both made important contributions to SkyCity over their terms. The Board thanks them for their service and wishes them the best in their future endeavours". In June 2022, the SkyCity Board announced its intention to appoint two new Australian-based non-executive directors, Kate Hughes and Glenn Davis - their appointments remain subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals in New Zealand and South Australia (a process which normally takes some months to conclude). The SkyCity Board remains committed to continuing Board renewal and anticipates appointing a further one or two directors over the next six to twelve months.
