Due to ongoing COVID-19 risks, TradeWindow will be conducting its Annual Meeting as a virtual meeting only using Computershare's Meeting Platform https://meetnow.global/nz. No physical place of meeting will be made available. Details of how to participate virtually are provided in the notes below and Virtual Meeting Guide attached to this Notice of Meeting.
