Synlait Milk Limited (SML) notes that 46,969 Performance Share Rights, as described below, have lapsed: o 9,301 Performance Share Rights issued on 2 October 2019. o 13,064 Performance Share Rights issued on 24 November 2020. o 24,604 Performance Share Rights issued on 9 November 2021.
