BFG Annual Shareholder Meeting results 31 August 2022

Results of Burger Fuel Group Limited's Annual Shareholder Meeting, held on-line via Zoom, on the 31st August 2022 at 11.00am. Shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were all supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: oThat Peter Brook be re-elected as a director of BFG. oThat Tyrone Foley be elected as a director of BFG oThat the Board be authorised to fix the auditor's remuneration for the ensuing year.
